What shipping service do we use?

Products are shipped using Seapower preferred delivery method which is normally a courier such as TNT or Australian Express Post. Please contact us if you would like to use your own courier* parts@seapower.com.au

What is the cost of shipping?

All prices displayed on the website exclude shipping costs. The cost of shipping varies depending on the weight of the order, destination post code and product size. The calculations we use for shipping is based on our suppliers preferred delivery rates please contact us for a confirmed quote parts@seapower.com.au

Shipping charges can be calculatd using the shipping calculator provided.  All you need to do is add the products you want to your cart and then use the calculator provided.

Is the delivery insured?

Yes. All deliveries are completely insured.

How long will it take to get my products?

All items in stock and order before 3pm (Perth) will be dispatched same day. All special order items are estmated at between 3-7 business days depending on your location within Australia.  When situations arise where we expect delays we will contact you normally via the e-mail address you provided with your order.

During the holiday seasons such as we do expect delays due to higher volumes so please keep that in mind when ordering.
